| The Live Oak Landscaping Limited Warranty

Live Oak Landscaping warrants its custom wood fence systems to the original purchaser for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase against failure resulting from rot or insect infestation in normal application. Failure is defined as structural failure of the fence resulting in loss of specified tensile strength. This warranty does not apply to applications involving submersion of fence under water, chemical plant environments, animal activity, tampering with or any other abuse of the fence and acts of nature. The purchaser is responsible for maintaining the fence including, but not limited to, water sealing at least once a year and/or staining the fence; the original water sealant or stain must be completed within 3 months (90 days) from the date of installation and receipts showing purchase of sealant and/or stain must be shown and kept as proof to keep the warranty in effect. This limited warranty is for replacement only and does not include labor or other costs. Live Oak Landscaping reserves the right to inspect installation, prior to shipment of replacement materials. Warping, checking and cracking is a natural occurrence to exposed wood and is NOT covered by this or any implied warranty. All workmanship carries a one (1) year warranty from purchase date. If any problems with a gate occurs due to the wood splitting, cracking, warping or general misuse of gate, such as but not limited to slamming of the gate or damage (accidental or intentional) occurs, there is a minimum of a $75 charge to come out and rebuilt or adjust the gate as needed.
