Our company guarentee is a minimum of 30% overlapping water coverage to ensure no dry spots and quality workmanship, plus a 1 full year warranty on materials (certain exclusions apply*).

If you currently have a sprinkler system that needs some repairs, please call us for a timely and lowest possible cost fix! We work on any system regardless of the name brand (Rainbird, Hunter, Toro, Nelson).

Sprinkler systems are warrantied for 1 year (12 months) from date of installation. The warranty covers workmanship and materials. The materials are covered under warranty provided that there is NO damage to the materials or system. Damage is listed as (but not limited to) lightning strikes or power surges, batteries in the timer erupting, dogs chewing sprinkler heads, cutting the tops off sprinkler heads, running over the sprinkler heads (or pipes) with your vehicle, or any other types of damage. All damages will be repaired at at cost of $65 per hour plus materials. All sprinkler heads will be properly adjusted before the installation is finished; any further adjustments will be charged at the hourly rate of $65 per hour to be re-adjusted. Live Oak Landscaping is not responsible for winds blowing the water onto houses, cars, people, acts of God, etc. During the winter, the backflow system must be turned off as well as the timer to avoid potential damage to your system due to freezes and weather conditions.
